The Huawei Mate 40 series will be launching today, and Huawei doesn’t feel tired of pulling out a bunch of teasers. There have been two latest teasers from Huawei considering power and speed, especially wireless charging and 5G data transferring capabilities.
With multiple major leaks of the Huawei Mate 40 series, there still are question marks from consumers and others in two sectors. We are assured of 65W fast wired charging in Huawei Mate 40 Pro, but the wireless charging is still unknown, but rumors speak of 50W wireless charging.
The Mate 30 Pro from last year featured 27W wireless charging, so that we may hope for improvement.
The second teaser shows how fast the data transfers in 5G connectivity. So, Kirin 9000 will equip the Mate 40 series with the latest 5nm technology from Huawei. This chipset is generated explicitly by a 5G modem.
But, which one? Currently, 5G Huawei phones only come with sub-6 connectivity and not the mmWave. So, maybe, in that case, we expect an improvement for the race.
The brand has mmWave-featured basebands, so it’s now a matter of time to see if it is worth including in phones.
