One UI 4 Update Suspended for Samsung Z Fold3 and Z Flip 3!

Installing the firmware updates on the main devices may not be a good idea when it comes to early adopters, even on expensive phones like Samsung. Users of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 have been facing some problems after the One UI 4 update. Because of this, Samsung decided to suspend the update until they figured out the solution.

According to the users of South Korea, they’ve been experiencing their phone entering recovery mode, screen flickering, bricked devices, and dual messenger features not working properly.

Additionally, some users also experienced that photos were auto-deleting from their galleries, and displays were stuck at 60Hz. Not to mention the lousy audio quality and slow performance.

The update didn’t come with a warning that it could cause problems, and so people with less tech knowledge are in deep trouble because of this bug issue. This just proves that Samsung just was not ready for this update. Such negligence is unexpected from such a well-known brand.

There’s a lot to fix before setting out the update again, so sit back. The Samsung employees are trying their best to help the users online to deal with the problem.
