The OnePlus Z is the device that was rumored to come along with the launches of OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro. It should have been the modest model to alleviate the price of the OnePlus 8 series. Though it was supposed to be called the OnePlus 8 lite, but later on, the OnePlus Z is still hot to come.
Considering the latest whispers, the OnePlus Z should be hailed in July.
Apart from the launch, today we’ve come up with a new rumor that is speaking of Snapdragon 765 chipset to be equipped in the OnePlus Z, instead of MediaTek Dimensity 1000L which was rumored many times before.
However, the outline design of this device appears with a punch-hole camera in the center instead of the top left as like previous devices, the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro.
Moreover, it is unfortunate that the Dimensity 1000 and 1000L looks to be more powerful than the Snapdragon 765 SoC as OnePlus has been collaborating with Snapdragon chipsets since it has been founded. So better we hope that OnePlus will put better software optimizations in this mid ranger.
Lastly, take this with a grain of salt, because nothing is confirmed yet, and it is glad to see that OnePlus is taking its time to swing at a mid-range phone.
