Oppo Reno Ace has been a flagship offshoot from one of Oppo’s beasts. Oppo Reno Ace has got its successor incoming this April having some quite noticeable upgrades. You can guess what the name will be. The device will code as Oppo Reno Ace 2.
Leaks of the phone have been knocking at the door for some time. Finally we know that the knocking date will end on April 13. Oppo Reno Ace debuted in October, 2019. It’s time for a new replacement to call.
While we talk about specs, few specs are confirmed. The Reno Ace 2 will likely conquer Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC with the Snapdragon X55 modem for the fifth generation connectivity. An AMOLED display of 6.5inch will cover the screen with Full HD+ resolution support. In memory configuration, two storage systems appeared on the leaks- 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. But we might hear more of storage in the launch event.
The Oppo Reno Ace 2 will stick to conquer the helm with the beast 65W wired charging speed to fuel the 4000mAh battery as its predecessor Oppo Reno Ace. More on the leaks, Oppo might introduce a new charging pad because the new phone will come with highly fast 40W wireless charging support.
On the camera surface, a leaked render confirms that Oppo Reno Ace 2 will have quad cameras that line up systematically in a circular module. The main 48-megapixel wide shooter will be aligned circularly with three more shooters, alongside 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, 2-megapixel depth sensor and 2-megapixel for macro unit. A punch hole camera is set on the top left of the display. It fits along with a 16-megapixel camera shooter.
The Oppo Reno Ace 2 will be shipping in three colors as rumored, Black, Blue and Purple.
We will be hearing leaks until the door is closed. We’ll keep updating you.
