While we hope for the upcoming flagship, Poco F2 Pro, from Poco, it looks like another phone is under the hood to join the party, and the company named it Poco M2 Pro. The code name showed up on Xiaomi’s official website in India.
It appears that the Poco M2 Pro bears a model number of M2003J6CI and the codename features “gram”. It looks interesting that the name hasn’t shown up earlier, well, that means Xiaomi has already started working on it for a while.
There has been a firmware ready for the phone’s codename “gram” and it also passed through a kernel source code which looks familiar to Redmi Note 9 Pro and a sign of watermark in default camera software.
The XDA Investigation has come up with that the Poco M2 Pro and the Redmi Note 9 Pro are related too close and may have the same specs and hardware. Besides, Poco M2 Pro might have a mid-range chipset, featuring Snapdragon 720G, or else, there might be another SoC running on the phone.
