Xiaomi’s sub-brand, Redmi, has launched the Redmi K30 and the Redmi K30 5G variant back in December of 2019, and the top variants, including the Redmi K30 Pro and Redmi K30 Pro Zoom in March, 2020. The top variants came with the latest Snapdragon 865 SoC. Now, the firm is steady for adding another member in the K30 series, K30 Speed Edition.
The K30 Speed Edition will be debuted on May 11. It will be launched by an online event that will start at 2PM in China. The company has not revealed any information about the Redmi K30 Speed Edition, but there have been some leaks found on Weibo.
Weibo confirmed that the device will sport a punch-hole cutout in display, hoarding two selfie snappers. The image also showed that the K30 5G Speed Edition will reach customers via JD.com, and the listing of the Chinese e-commerce says that the phone will feature a 64MP primary sensor, followed by a 8MP ultrawide and 5MP macro unit.
Furthermore, the phone will feature a 6.67 inch LCD display with 120Hz refresh rate. Besides, it will be joined by an unannounced Snapdragon 768G SoC, coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage.
