Samsung calls for ferocious war to other companies like Xiaomi, Realme and Vivo by launching one after another mid-range phone. Samsung has gotten off to a good starting this year with the launch of A71 and A51. Samsung added another new phone to it’s A series house. The family got a new member, named Samsung Galaxy A41.
As always, the days before the launch are full of teasers and spec leaks from the company to keep the hype up. Samsung finally introduced the successor of A40 on the date of 18th March, 2020.
Samsung Galaxy A41 has the performance of MediaTek Helio P65 with 2.0GHz Octa core processor. It is said to be run on Android 10.0 alongside Samsung’s operating system, One UI 2. It comes with a single variant 4GB RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage, supported by eMMC 5.1. Dedicated slots are required in every mid-range phone by customers and A41 is proven to be one of them.
Proving itself a true successor, Samsung Galaxy A41 is equipped with Non-removable Li-Po 3500mAh battery which is a better upgrade from A40. It is directed by USB 2.0 and 15W charging speeds.
Talking about the display, Samsung Galaxy A41 debuted with a water drop notch display. Super AMOLED panels are the notable configuration of Samsung phones. This device is crafted with 6.1inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display. The phone comes with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. This mid-range device is built in with Glass front and plastic frame on the back. It also has an IP68 rating, unusual in a phone of its tier.
Well, Samsung refrained itself from making the A41 as a regular rectangular camera module. Instead of this design, triple camera array configuration is presented in vertical alignment. As far as the cameras are concerned, the phone on the rear packs a 48MP primary sensor with an f/2.0 aperture, assisted by a second 8MP camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a third 5-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture. The rear camera setup has autofocus mode available. It sports a 25-megapixel camera on the front for selfies, with an f/2.0 aperture.
Furthermore, the device has more features to be talked about. The connectivity options on the Samsung Galaxy A41 include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C. Sensors on the phone include Accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display optical fingerprint sensor.
Samsung Galaxy A41 is accessible in three colors, Black, Blue and White.
