Qualcomm Snapdragon 875 Shows Surprising Result!

Snapdragon 875’s is coming real soon in December. We aren’t really far from the launch event. What do you say?

The Snapdragon 85 bears a code-name “Lahaina” and it is rumored to be faster than we can expect, and here it happens. An earlier benchmark result in AnTuTu shows a large score of up to 847,000 points. This is a gargantuan margin between the Snapdragon 875 and its predecessor, which hits top rank at 663,000 points or around that.

Well, that’s a massive jump of more than 25% upgrade in a year gap. And to ensure these results need to be verified before Qualcomm cheers the champagne among the team members.

To compare, the recently launched iPhone 12 set barriers at 565,00 points, whereas the Exynos 1080 and Kirin 9000 created new scores of 693,000 and 696,000, respectively. These results come from the top-notch Snapdragon 865 and Kirin chipset phones, which are nowhere near the upcoming Snapdragon 875.

Surprisingly, AnTuTu’s lists are currently based on Snapdragon 865, not the 865+. The AnTuTu committee describes that storage and RAM configuration also carry a role in the score. So, a higher UFS storage system is included in the final result.

We are betting that a higher CPU clock speed and better GPU optimization will be integrated to make another margin in the AnTuTu’s benchmark.
