Vivo S6 5G is the upcoming 5G smartphone from the company. This phone is about to be one of the most affordable 5G smartphones from Vivo portfolio. The phone is scheduled to arrive on 31th March, 2020. Vivo teased many interesting leaks about the phone on Weibo via their official account. Let’s get to know about them.
Considering the leaks, Vivo S6 5G might be shown with two models. It appears to be coming in bearing model numbers, V1962A and V1962A. Both phones are going to share the same specs having identical designs, yet the latter one has “G1” written on its back but it is something unfruitful that we are unable to see on the official images of the S6 5G shared by Vivo.
The leaks show that the V1962A and V1962BA got 2.2 GHz Octa-core processors and drive Android 10, that will be probably arranged with Funtouch OS 10 on top. The devices will provide two memory options: 6GB RAM and 128GB storage and 8GB RAM and 256 GB storage. The phone might be appearing with more storage options carrying different variants. The V1962A and V1962BA will pack 4390mAh batteries, apparently charging via USB – C port. Sadly, we haven’t found any clues about the chipset.
The two phones will enroll with 6.44″ AMOLED screens of full HD+ resolution and have in- display fingerprint readers, along with 20:9 aspect ratio. An earlier leaked image disclosed the Vivo S6 5G would feature a water drop notch display along with two front – facing cameras. It might be fake or true. The amplifications also have water drop grooves for the 32MP selfie camera.
In the meanwhile for photography, Vivo has assured that the S6 5G will sport a quad camera on the back. The circular camera module will be arranged vertically. On the left side of the camera bump, it will sport a 48MP main unit which will be linked by one 8MP and two 2MP modules. The 8MP module is possibly an ultra-wide camera, on the other hand the 2MP units could be macro and depth sensors. The LED flash is moved to the right of the camera module. There might be changes in camera features.
